The Pierces é uma banda americana de Nova York formada por duas irmãs , Allison Pierce (37 anos) e Catherine Pierce (35 anos). As irmãs nasceram em Birmingham, Alabama. Desde pequenas elas recebiam aulas de seus pais auto-descritos Hippies. Seu pai era cantor e a mãe era pintora ! Quando pequenas foram incentivadas a explorar seu lado criativo e se apresentar em festas, igrejas e casamentos. Allison começou a dançar aos 3 anos, e as duas irmãs são bailarinas.
Carreira Musical
Foi quando eles assistiram Auburn University , que um amigo enviou uma fita para uma gravadora em Nashville .Isto resultou eventualmente no seu álbum de estréia The Pierces (2000). E até hoje não pararam mais de fazer sucesso !
